RETURNS

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE) that is unworn and has the hang-tag originally attached. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.

All returns must be approved prior to returning.

To start the return process please email joe@lagulabeach.com for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only clean, unworn, odor free items will be accepted for returns within 30 days of the date item was delivered to you.

Returned items must be in their original condition, and all tags must be originally attached. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card original method of payment. Please allow a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

We reserve the right to initiate a restocking fee if the number of returned items becomes excessive.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RESALE

Our products are not authorized for resale. Any attempt to return an item purchased through a third party will render our return policy void.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once an item leaves the facility, Lagula Beach is no longer responsible for the order. Please ensure you have the correct address on your order as Lagula Beach is not responsible for mis-delivered orders. Lagula Beach is not responsible for orders lost in transit.
